Located in Old Town Homer, the Garden Shed Cottage is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, handicap accessible cottage just a block from Two Sisters Bakery and Bishop’s Beach Access. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is an additional murphy bed in the living room for groups needing additional sleeping options. There is a BBQ grill and deck furniture on the deck and the property has a shared fire pit area. It is an easy walk to several restaurants, Bunnell Gallery, Old Inlet Bookshop and the trail to Islands & Oceans Visitors Center.
Rates
- $275 per night for up to 4 guests.
- $25 per additional guest per night.
- Cleaning fee: $100
- Pet fee: $35
- Local sales tax: 7.85%

- 50% deposit required to reserve the home.
- Balance Due 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellations
- Refunds less than 60 days prior are based upon the re-rental of property.
- Refund in full if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
